Why I built Fromly

Most people who sign up to a SaaS try it, then go quiet. Most email tools still bill you for every one of them, so you end up deleting contacts just to keep the bill down.

I did not want to choose between my list and my bill. So Fromly charges for the emails you send, never for the contacts you keep.

Frequently asked questions

What is Fromly?
Email marketing for SaaS. Fromly reads your users from the tools you already run, keeps each contact tagged with where they stand, and lets you send the right email to the right people.
Which tools can I connect?
Your database and your billing tool today, with more integrations on the way. You can also add contacts by hand, so you can start before connecting anything.
What access does Fromly get to my tools?
Only what it needs to know who your users are. Access is read-only wherever possible, and when a write is required the reason is shown before you approve. Disconnecting removes everything Fromly installed.
Do I need to write code?
No. Connecting a tool takes a few clicks, emails are built from blocks, and your logo, colours and footer are reused automatically. Nothing to deploy on your side.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
They leave from your own verified domain, with a sending reputation kept apart from other workspaces. Bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically, every email carries one-click unsubscribe, and a campaign pauses itself if bounces climb.
Do I pay for contacts I never email?
No. Contacts are unlimited. You pay $1 per 1,000 emails that actually leave, so there is no reason to delete anyone.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite as many people as you need, with roles to decide who can send. There are no seat fees.
What happens when I run out of emails?
Sending pauses rather than landing you a surprise bill, and a paused campaign starts again on its own once you add credits. Turn on automatic recharge and Fromly tops up your card before you run out, within a monthly limit you set.
