FAQ
Pricing questions, answered
What counts as a sent email?
Every email that actually leaves your workspace, a broadcast, an automated send or a transactional email, counts as one. An email that never goes out costs nothing, and neither do test sends.
What do I get for free?
1,000 emails when you sign up, with every feature, unlimited contacts and no card. They do not expire. Once they are spent, you buy credits.
How do credits work?
You buy credits ahead, from $10 for 10,000 emails, and each email you send uses one. Your 1,000 free emails at sign-up are spent the same way, first. Credits never expire.
What happens if I run out?
Sending pauses, so there is never a surprise bill, and a paused campaign starts again on its own once you add credits. A campaign larger than what you have left is refused before it starts, not halfway through.
Can credits top up automatically?
Yes. Pick a threshold, an amount and a monthly limit, and Fromly charges your saved card when you drop below the threshold. You get an invoice for every recharge, and it never goes past your monthly limit.
Are contacts and teammates really unlimited?
Yes. Keep every contact without paying for the ones you never email, and invite as many teammates as you need; there are no seat fees. Your credits cover every workspace you own.
